Twenty years of building in the Bay Area

Built on doing it right

Han’s Builder Construction was started by Allen Han with a simple idea: do the work properly, tell the client the truth, and finish when you said you would. Two decades later that is still the entire business plan.

We work directly with homeowners, and we handle the whole scope — structural engineering coordination, city permits, demolition, foundation and concrete, framing, roofing, windows, insulation, drywall, tile, cabinetry, finish carpentry, and the coordination of licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades.

Because we run several projects at a time and keep a steady crew, we can hold a schedule that most small contractors cannot. And because the owner is on site, problems get solved the day they appear instead of at the end.
